25 years of experience
Before meeting in 2018, Laurin and Beth excelled in their individual design careers for over 25 years each. Laurin’s curiosity for various architectural project typologies and styles gave her opportunities in hospitality, workplace, wellness, healthcare, retail and estate home design. Beth’s genuine nature and focus on relationships opened doors to work with clients and their families for countless homes throughout the southeast. Since officially forming the design studio in 2019, Laurin, Beth and Malatich Cochran Design have served over 100 clients and have guided thousands of decisions, crafting environments that embody comfort and refined living.
